ҐЕНДЕРНИЙ АНАЛІЗ ЯК ПРАКТИЧНА СКЛАДОВА ПІДГОТОВКИ МАГІСТРІВ ЗА СПЕЦІАЛІЗАЦІЄЮ «ҐЕНДЕРНІ СТУДІЇ: НАУКОВИЙ АСПЕКТ»

Анотація

В статті наведена розробка практичної складової магістерських курсів «Основи ґендерних досліджень» та «Статистичні показники ґендерної рівності» у вигляді частини ґендерного аналізу навчально-виховного процесу фізико-математичного факультету КДПУ імені Володимира Винниченка, а саме – охоплено збір кількісних даних про ґендерний склад контингенту студентів, науково-педагогічних працівників та технічного персоналу, а також ґендерний склад окремих характерних груп учасників навчально-виховного процесу; виявлена специфіка ґендерної взаємодії суб’єктів навчально-виховного процесу. Ключові слова: ґендерний аналіз, підготовка магістрів, навчальний курс, практична підготовка, ґендерний склад.

Consideration of gender factors in higher education is an urgent problem that requires solution both in theory and in practice, training and education. Most researchers agree on the assumption that the basic conceptual idea of the gender approach lies in the fact that gender is represented as a social construct that occurs, exists and is influenced by the culture and traditions of society and adequately reflects the idea of the social construction of differences between men and women. The working instrument of implementation of gender approach is gender analysis.

The article shows the development of practical component of the Masters Courses «The Basics of Gender Studies» and «The Statistical indicators of gender equality» as a part of a gender analysis of the educational process at the department of Physics and Mathematics of the Volodymyr Vynnychenko KSPU.

The study concluded that the practice of gender analysis must be an integral part of the system of masters’ preparation of specialty 011 Science Education (Educational Measurement) for specialization «Gender studies: scientific aspect». Therefore, the article focuses on the content of practical work of students on the collection of quantitative data on the gender composition of the contingent of students, science teachers and technical staff of the faculty, the gender structure of certain specific groups of participants of the educational process and the identification of the specific interaction of gender subjects of the educational process. In order to determine the prospects of scientific studies it is indicated that for the preparation of a complete set of practical problems for the mentioned courses, there should be developed the educational materials to conduct content analysis of the educational standards, curriculum of specialties, work programs of academic disciplines, textbooks, manuals, business documents, topics of research of activity of the participants of the educational process in terms of gender consideration.
