ФОРМУВАННЯ ПРОФЕСІЙНО-ПРАКТИЧНИХ ВМІНЬ У СТУДЕНТІВ ПІД ЧАС КУРСОВОЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ В УКРАЇНСЬКІЙ ІНЖЕНЕРНО-ПЕДАГОГІЧНІЙ АКАДЕМІЇ З ПРОФЕСІЇ «ПЕРУКАР»

Анотація

У статті розглянуто перспективи впровадження та можливості реалізації курсової підготовки в Українській інженерно-педагогічній академії з професії «перукар». В роботі розглянуто сутність використання та сучасні тенденції реалізації курсової підготовки у вищих навчальних закладах з професії «Перукар», визначено певні завдання, функції та компоненти курсової підготовки, з’ясовано специфіку методики реалізації курсової підготовки у вищих навчальних закладах, можливість застосування різних типів уроків, форм та методів навчання і контролю, проаналізовано Державні стандарти підготовки кваліфікованих робітників з професії 5141 Перукар (перукар-модельєр), розроблено методику застосування курсової підготовки у вищих навчальних закладах з професії «Перукар» у процесі викладення дисципліни «Виробниче навчання», проведено експертну оцінку якості даної методики у результаті чого визначено показники якості, що найбільше всього реалізуються під час її застосування. 

In the article the prospects of introduction and possibilities of realization of the training courses in the Ukrainian engineering-pedagogical academy of the profession «hairdresser» are considered. The coursework has the certain tasks, functions and components of training course preparation (targeted, axiological, content). It was considered, that the specifics of the methodology for the implementation of the training course preparation in higher educational institutions is to use the different forms (individual, group, frontal, collective, pair) and the types of the lessons, whose quality is provided by certain teaching methods (explanatory-illustrative, reproductive, methods of problem presentation of the material; partial-search methods, research methods) and control, teaching aids and certain methodical methods of work depending on the types of the lessons. The curriculum for the training of skilled workers of the profession «hairdresser» in vocational schools includes: the discipline of general education (8.7 %); theoretical training in profession (33.89 %); vocational training (56.52 %) and by state authority attestation (0.89 %). The subject of «Manufacturing training» occupies a leading place in the professional training of hairdressers. In order to streamline the learning information and to intensify the process of learning of knowledge, to develop students’ skills and skills in structuring, systematizing and generalization of the teaching material in the lessons of production training, it is important to apply a certain teaching methodology of production training, which includes a strategy for obtaining new knowledge, identifies certain steps, and a general program of activities. An expert assessment method was chosen to assess the success of the developed methodology for the training course preparation. The experts evaluated the quality of the methodology according to the certain indicators. Hence, the most important indicator of quality, which is best implemented in applying this technique, is the principle of visibility in learning. The most important indicator, according to experts, is the principle of systematization and sequencing of training process. Therefore, it is expedient to pay more attention to the systematization of educational material, conclusions on the issues outlined, updating knowledge on topics passed, etc. Thus, in the course of this work, the actual task of developing the methodology of training course in the Ukrainian Engineering-Pedagogical Academy from the profession «hairdresser» was solved.
