ОСНОВНІ ВИМОГИ ДО ЕЛЕКТРОННОГО ЛАБОРАТОРНОГО ПРАКТИКУМУ З ПЛАНУВАННЯ ПОЛЬОТІВ

Анотація

У статті розглянуто професійну діяльність диспетчерів із забезпечення польотів при отриманні дозволів на виконання польотів і використання повітряного простору. Виявлено, що професійна діяльність цих фахівців відноситься до операторського типу. Розглянуто недоліки професійної підготовки майбутніх диспетчерів із забезпечення польотів і проблема вдосконалення засобів навчання таких фахівців.
Встановлено, що традиційні засоби навчання не відповідають запитам практики, а також сучасному рівню освіти. Запропоновано вирішити проблему за рахунок застосування електронних засобів навчання. У якості такого засобу обрано електронний лабораторний практикум з планування польотів. Сформульовано основні вимоги до такого засобу, а саме: дидактичні, методичні, психологічні, техніко-
технологічні, ергономічні вимоги, до переліку яких включено специфічні вимоги, які відображають особливості професійної підготовки авіаційних операторів.

The article discusses the shortcomings of future Flight Dispatchers training, causes erroneous actions of Flight Dispatchers and highlighted the issue of improving the learning tools such specialists as well as traditional means of training of these professionals do not meet the requirements of practice, as well as the current level of education. Solving the problem through the use of e-learning was suggested. An analysis of research papers on the theory and practice of information education, psychopedagogical
and didactic basics of using computer technology training, technology development e-learning have been made. Such means elected electronic laboratory practical of flight planning, as well as the basic requirements for its development. Electronic learning tools can imitate the professional activities of specialists in different conditions can give the opportunity to get theoretical knowledge and practical experience with the theme. Electronic laboratory practical flight planning is a means of simulating flight
dispatchers in the preparation and administration of requirements for flight operations and the use of airspace in the planning of relevant activities. Electronic laboratory practical of flight planning is designed to be didactic, methodological, psychological, ergonomic requirements. We have identified the following features of training future Flight Dispatchers: a large amount of educational information, which is to be learned in a relatively short period of time; discipline «Air navigation and flight planning software» as an integrated entity that requires cadets possession of a certain level of knowledge of related disciplines; the need to design professional sphere of Flight Dispatchers using temporal and information factors of the profession; orientation training in readiness for professional use specialized computer programs. The activities of flight dispatcher’s standard and extreme conditions identified time and information constraints of flight dispatchers are analyzed. Specific requirements that due to the peculiarities of training future Flight Dispatchers support and professional work of professionals, and compliance with aviation regulatory documents are formulated. The research work uses methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison, observation, questioning. Further research directions are considered to be improvements of developed practical, as it is the content of the program and logistics.
