ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ПІДГОТОВКИ МАЙБУТНІХ УЧИТЕЛІВ ДО ПРОГНОЗУВАННЯ НАДЗВИЧАЙНИХ СИТУАЦІЙ

Анотація

У статті висвітлено важливу роль курсу цивільного захисту у підготовці майбутніх учителів до прогнозування загрози надзвичайних ситуацій. Наведені статистичні дані щодо виникнення надзвичайних ситуацій в Україні у 2016 році. Наголошено, що у сучасних умовах виникла необхідність підготовки вчителів здатних прогнозувати та представляти можливу обстановку, яка може скластися на об’єкті та в регіоні внаслідок надзвичайної ситуації та способи ліквідації їх наслідків. Для студентів Кіровоградського державного педагогічного університету імені Володимира Винниченка були розроблені та запроваджені у навчальний процес розрахунково- графічні роботи, що дало змогу сформувати та узагальнити не лише теоретичні знання, а й набути практичних умінь і навичок проведення безпосередніх розрахунків, які сприяли прогнозуванню надзвичайних ситуацій та прийняттю адекватних управлінських рішень.

The article highlights the important role of the course of civil protection in the preparation of future teachers to the prediction of emergency threats. Provides statistical data on emergencies in Ukraine in 2016. It is noted that in modern conditions arose the need to prepare teachers able to predict and to imagine a possible situation that may arise at the facility and in the region in emergency situations and ways of addressing them. In the face of rapid changes in modern society, future professionals should possess new technology and be able to mobilize their personal potential to solve new professional tasks
and predicting action in the face of threats of emergency situations. The organization of actions of civil protection in the framework of the functional subsystems is performed by the head of the institution, as well as their departments on issues of civil protection. In higher education institutions to develop a modern ideology of civil security, the formation of appropriate thinking and behavior introduced academic discipline «Civil protection», objectives of the study which involves mastering the latest theories, methods and technologies of forecasting of emergency situations, building models of their development, determine the level of risk and justification of a set of measures aimed at prevention of emergency situations, protection of personnel, population, material and cultural values in emergency situations, localization and elimination of their consequences. Studying this discipline students as future leaders of educational institutions and other businesses and organizations will be the leaders of civil protection of the respective structural units. For students of the Central Ukrainian state pedagogical University named after Volodymyr Vinnichenko was developed and implemented in the educational process of calculation-graphical works that helped to form and generalize not only theoretical knowledge but also acquire practical skills for direct calculations that contributed to the prediction of emergency situations and adequate managerial decisions.
