У статті розкрито культуротворчу функцію освіти, яка передбачає формування у молоді як інтересу до широкої освіченості, так і високого естетико-культурного рівня особистості. Естетичний смак – одна з найважливіших характеристик особистого становлення кожної окремої людини і визначається як здатність особистості до індивідуального відбору естетичних цінностей, а тим самим і до саморозвитку. Враховуючи специфіку роботи у сфері обслуговування, професійна підготовка фахівців цієї галузі повинна орієнтуватися на формування творчого підходу до трудової діяльності, розвиток професійних комунікативних навичок, уміння переконувати партнера під час спілкування і формування вмінь орієнтуватися в культурологічній, художньо-естетичних і моральних ситуаціях, поводитись у житті
відповідно до вимог суспільства, висунутих перед культурною, інтелігентною і професійною особистістю.
