ПІДГОТОВКА КОМПЕТЕНТНОГО ВЧИТЕЛЯ ФІЗИКИ: АСПЕКТИ СУЧАСНОГО РОЗУМІННЯ

Анотація

У статті наголошено, що учитель фізики у сучасному суспільстві є носієм його наукового і методологічного досвіду та рушійною силою розвитку. Стверджується, що головна роль у підвищенні рівня освіченості суспільства належить вчителю фізики, оскільки знання з фізики є найважливішою складовою загальної освіченості кожної сучасної людини. Висвітлено теоретико-методичні підходи до конструювання змісту навчальної програми нормативної дисципліни «Загальна фізика» у педагогічній вищій школі з урахуванням її спрямованості на забезпечення компетентності з фізики на основі усвідомлення ним ролі фізики як базису сучасного природознавства, опанування наукових фактів, фундаментальних теорій, законів і принципів. Доведено, що завдання підготовки учителя фізики з високим рівнем фахової компетентності буде виконано лише за умов поєднання у змісті навчання фізики теоретичного, методологічного та фахового компонентів, а також забезпечення високого наукового рівня фізичної освіти.

The article has been paid, teacher of Physics in modern society is the bearer of his scientific and methodological expertise and the driving force for further development. It is shown that the teacher acts as a mediator between society and the young generations, between social needs and their implementation. Argues that the main role in raising the level of education of the pupils of secondary schools and society in General belongs to the teacher of physics, since knowledge of physics is the most important component of the education of every modern man. Stated today that our country lacks competent, qualified engineers and to a great extent this is the resultof degradation, which was held in physical education in Ukraine, namely its content,material and human resources, the status in the public mind. Stated that the pedagogical education is a multicomponent system, instead, the most important component of the training of future teachers of physics gets forming fundamental knowledge of physics and the high level of professional competence. This requires the development of appropriate methodologies in accordance with the objectives and conditions of the teaching and educational process in physics; simulation of the educational process taking into account the tasks of training and development, content and structure of scientific knowledge. It is noted that currently the organization arose the necessity of scientific and methodological understanding of conceptual positions of the training course, its structure, content and justification appropriate methods of training, because each of the previous stage of development of physical education in Ukraine discovers certain contradictions and unsolved issues that most affect the quality of school education of physics. Theoretic-methodological approaches to designing the content of the curriculum standard "General Physics" in a pedagogical high school given its focus on ensuring the competence of a student on the basis of awareness of him the role of physics as the basis of modern natural history, learning scientific facts, fundamental theories, laws and principles. It is proved that the task of training teachers of physics with a high level of professional competence will be executed only if the condition of the combination of the content of the learning of theoretical, methodological and professional components, as well as providing a high scientific level physical education.
